What's the actual investment for each phase?
Phase I (Elevation Foundation) is $15,000. Phase II (Agency Machine) is $25,000 for internal advancement from Phase I, or $50,000 for direct admission. Phase III (Elevation Enterprise) is $40,000 for internal advancement, or $100,000 for direct admission. Every phase is 12 months. Direct admission at Phase II or III is application-only and includes deeper installation support up front.
How much time do I need to put in each week?
Plan on 5 to 8 hours per week of active implementation in Phase I: practicing scripts, running referral partner meetings, and working through the audit feedback. Phase II and Phase III owners spend more, because they’re also building team systems on top of producing. If you cannot carve out the time, this is not the program for you. The system only produces when you run it.

How fast will I see results?
Most Phase I clients see measurable lift in close rates and referral partner activity inside 90 days. The scripts work the day you start using them. The 12-month structure is what keeps you consistent long enough for the lift to compound into real annual production.
What does the 90-Day Performance Extension actually cover?
If you’ve done the work for 12 months and the system isn’t producing for you, your access extends another 90 days at no additional charge. That includes continued accountability, implementation support, and direct contact with Pete or your phase team. It is not a refund and it is not a free pass. “Done the work” means you completed the implementation track and showed up to the reviews.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Payment plan options are reviewed after your application is approved, based on phase and timing. Pete’s posture: the investment is structured for owners who are serious about building, not browsing. We will not let a workable payment structure get in the way of the right fit.
Do I need to be tech-savvy or have specific software in place?
No specific software is required. The system runs on whatever agency management platform you already use. If you can run an email inbox, a phone, and a CRM, you have what you need. We’ll flag where a tool change is worth the lift, but we won’t sell you anything.
What if I'm not sure which phase is right for me?
Select “Not sure” on the application form. We’ll review your current premium, team size, and situation and recommend the right starting point. There is no pressure to start higher than you are. Starting in the wrong phase wastes your time and ours.
What happens during the Operator Review at month 12?
Every phase ends with an Operator Review backed by a Live Performance Evaluation. We look at the work you actually did, the results that actually happened, and your readiness to advance. If you’ve hit the standard, you advance. If you haven’t, you enter a 90-Day Qualification Window to prove you can operate at the next level, or you exit. The Operator Review is about whether you’ve earned the next phase. The Performance Extension is about whether the system has produced for you. Two separate gates.
Is this only for Florida agencies?
No. The Agency Elevation System serves P&C agency owners nationwide. Live intensives take place in Fort Lauderdale, but the 12-month implementation track, accountability, and support are not location-dependent. Most current clients are out-of-state.
How is this different from Pete's book or the free content?
